Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in an international context.
• Proven success in designing and managing compensation programs in competitive industries like iGaming or technology.
• Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian is essential, along with strong business-level English.
• In-depth knowledge of global compensation frameworks and HRIS systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage a fair grading system for employee roles to ensure competitive and equitable pay.
• Oversee employee performance reviews and ensure pay is linked to performance outcomes.
• Develop a comprehensive total rewards strategy encompassing salary, bonuses, benefits, and additional perks.
• Collaborate with HR teams across regions to align local pay structures with global standards while considering market conditions.
• Prepare compensation data reports and recommendations to guide management's decisions.
