Requirements:
  • Demonstrated excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence Partners.
  • Open, clear, and assertive demeanor, capable of building long-term relationships.

  • Work with the entire LastPass Sales Organization to inform Partners and demonstrate capabilities.
  • Stay informed on new products and complete LastPass Sales Training.
  • Maintain records and generate activity reports, including Partner Plans.
  • Display strong time management skills.
  • Accurately forecast Partner business using Salesforce.com.
  • Prepared for regular regional travel and occasional travel elsewhere.
Responsibilities:
  • Sell all LastPass product lines by interacting with reseller Partners in the Benelux region.
  • Leverage existing relationships and work with Partner Marketing and solution consulting teams.
  • Meet and exceed partner quotas and KPIs.
  • Be the main point of contact for Partners in the assigned region.
  • Drive Partners to maximize sales potential through best practices, training, and support.
  • Assist with order processing from Partners to LastPass.
  • Communicate proactively with Partners about new products.
  • Enhance systems and procedures for Partner management.
  • Collaborate with marketing to drive programs and events.
  • Coach the Sales team on identifying business opportunities in the assigned territory.
  • Manage the sales process with Partners, knowing all phases of the sales cycle.
  • Represent LastPass professionally and ethically.
