Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketplace management
• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment including Strategy & Ops, Consulting, Marketing/Growth
• Proven track record of driving growth and profitability in a marketplace setting
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and resourceful mindset with a passion for exploring details while executing high-level strategies

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketplace strategies to drive growth and profitability
• Oversee day-to-day marketplace operations and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize marketplace performance
• Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop and scale growth playbooks to become a world-class expert in your areas of responsibility
• Experiment, innovate, and explore new approaches to help Inspira Education continually enhance its growth efforts
• Manage and mentor team members to achieve individual and company goals
• Monitor and report on performance metrics, providing actionable insights
• Maintain continuity of operations during the introduction of new agreements
• Develop and create actionable KPIs and other key metrics aligned with departmental goals
• Track team performance, and enhance quality assurance protocol
