Requirements:

• Work experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.
• Background in distributed computing and strong experience with blockchain technologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with blockchain block producers and agile methodologies (JIRA and GitHub).
• Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle.
• Technical knowledge with a BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Interest in blockchain and cryptocurrency technology developments.
• Competency with requirements elicitation, analysis, specification, and management practices.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating feature requests and maintaining the product roadmap.
• Groom and prioritize the backlog, developing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and customers to drive product execution from concept to launch.
• Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements.
• Maintain the sprint backlog by balancing stakeholder requirements.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including analytics, design, and engineering.
• Turn data insights into actionable products for customers.
• Continuously review business needs and identify opportunities and risks.
• Partner with operations to define user experiences and support.
• Contribute to go-to-market plans and ensure team success post-launch.
