Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accuracy in all entries.
• Write and maintain SQL queries to reconcile invoicing with internal data.
• Handle daily entries, reconciliations, and post transactions, focusing on attention to detail.
• Process invoices, track collections, and handle outgoing payments, maintaining up-to-date records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements.
• Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting processes, offering insights for financial decision-making.
• Assist with tax filing and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Organize documentation to support internal and external audits as needed.
• Use accounting software to maintain accurate records.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing financial insights.
