Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Fluency in French and English with strong communication skills in both languages.
• Experience in customer success, sales, or a renewals-focused role is preferred.
• Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities:

• Maximize customer retention rates using effective sales techniques in both languages.
• Manage the renewal process to ensure Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) is retained or expanded.
• Assess license usage and complete true-up requirements for clients.
• Generate accurate renewal quotes aligned with customers' business needs.
• Provide administrative support for renewals to Renewal Managers and Account Executives.
• Ensure timely completion of renewals to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Managers on renewal strategies using customer analytics.
• Liaise with clients to ensure POs and order forms are accurately completed.
