Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or lead generation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and persuasive abilities.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce company products/services.
  • Generate and qualify leads through phone calls and other outreach methods.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to improve product/service offerings.
