Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a headhunter, recruiter, or in a related talent acquisition role.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing, engaging, and placing high-caliber talent.
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • A reliable laptop or desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or higher) and a stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps).
  • Availability to work US business hours.

  • Develop strong relationships with candidates to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment processes.
  • Negotiate candidate offers and ensure seamless onboarding.
