Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of focused experience in mission, quest, dungeon, or public event design on a multiplayer title.
  • Proficient in using Unreal Engine for game development.
  • Strong understanding of mission flow, objective design, and encounter integration.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining game logic for mission assembly and progression.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and effective communication with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement mission objectives with cohesive flow and engaging player experiences.
  • Communicate and drive the vision for missions, enabling team contributions for quality missions.
  • Manage mission objectives variations and the associated logic governing mission progression.
  • Collaborate with engineering and play space teams to meet design goals.
  • Author and uphold various mission templates for diverse experiences.
  • Conduct iterative testing and refinement to enhance player engagement.
