Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in pre-sales or sales activities.
  • Strong experience in the insurance or insurtech industry.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills in written and verbal English.
  • Confidence in presenting to skilled audiences, including enterprise architects and C-level executives.
  • Experience in cross-functional project teams.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks for project management.
  • Ability to understand complex systems and data for actionable insights.
  • Basic understanding of the technical development cycle of mobile applications, enterprise SAAS, or web portals.
  • Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering and user acceptance testing.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for sales activities and delivery teams by working with solutions architects.
  • Write proposals, solutions overviews, and value propositions to assist the sales team in conversion.
  • Attend discovery calls to gather and analyze client requirements.
  • Identify technical solutions based on client's business goals and CoverGo platform features.
  • Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams for effort and cost estimation.
  • Build and configure client insurance products for demonstrations.
  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals and assist during client presentations.
  • Support the handover process post-sale and lead project kick-off meetings.
  • Train clients on platform usage.
