Requirements:

• Must have 5+ years of experience in working with an Insurance Brokerage.
• Experience placing insurance for Architect, Engineering & Construction industries is highly desirable.
• High level of interpersonal skills required for sensitive situations.
• Broker’s P&C license is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience equivalent will be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Review documents for client pre-renewal meetings prepared by the account administrator.
• Coordinate all pre-renewal work completed by team members.
• Execute the plan established at the pre-renewal meeting, managing timelines and submitting coverage specifications.
• Negotiate options, confirm compliance or exceptions, and complete renewal reports.
• Handle day-to-day client services including mid-term requests, coverage questions, and client training.
