• Assist with outreach and qualifying potential leads.
• Drive sales of Figment’s staking services and achieve sales targets.
• Support customer onboarding and account management throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Enhance sales collateral and manage customer inquiries efficiently.
• Foster customer satisfaction and advocate for customer needs within the organization.
• Conduct competitor analysis to stay informed about the staking market.
• Collaborate with global teams and coordinate relevant events.
