Requirements:

Experience leading tech or fintech sales initiatives in the LATAM market, scaling to at least $100M in revenue.
Success in meeting/exceeding sales targets and filling the sales funnel with qualified leads.
Understanding of Brazilian regulated payment services and engagement with financial and legal regulators.
Excellent communication skills in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, with the ability to work in a remote-first organization.
Interest in crypto/blockchain and familiarity with staking.

Responsibilities:

Drive business growth in the LATAM region by identifying and executing on new opportunities to increase revenue for the institutional staking business.
Support major regulatory and policy efforts, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Represent Figment in media, conferences, and meetings with local clients and regulators.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams in North America to adapt user experiences for regional clients.
Provide insights to leadership on market trends and strategic opportunities.
