  • Understanding of healthcare billing, insurance practices, and medical terminology.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge in using contact center software, CRM systems, claims/billing systems, and Google Workspace.
  • Adherence to strict confidentiality standards and HIPAA regulations.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with medical professionals, insurance payers, and other stakeholders for member care coordination.
  • Handle day-to-day member communications and resolve concerns via chat and phone.
  • Act as a single point-of-contact for resource coordination and follow-up on member needs.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance claims via phone and written correspondence.
  • Examine patient bills for accuracy and ensure proper claims processing.
  • Collect overdue accounts and establish payment arrangements.
  • Document all communications and work cross-functionally to ensure seamless member experience.
