Responsibilities:

• Prepare sales and industry teams for client meetings by developing targeted materials and briefing documents.
• Collaborate with industry leads and account leads for research on prospective clients.
• Coordinate pre-meeting logistics and ensure all participants understand roles and outcomes.
• Track and analyze sales pipeline metrics and coordinate review meetings.
• Generate pipeline reports and forecasts for leadership.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Create presentations and sales materials that communicate value propositions.
• Align sales initiatives with marketing campaigns and support events.
