Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years proven experience as a Power Platform Developer.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Virtual Agents, and Power Pages.
• 3 to 5 years experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Power Fx, and SQL Server.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
• Ability to identify and address business challenges using Power Platform solutions.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid Agile & Waterfall environment.
• High-quality coding skills and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Design, document, build, and deploy Power Apps and Power Automate flows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power Platform applications and SQL Server.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather user requirements and translate them into functional designs.
• Participate in database design for application development to ensure scalable solutions.
• Analyze and debug SQL scripts, stored procedures, and optimize query performance.
• Collaborate with teams to understand diverse business processes for efficiency enhancements.
• Document processes and solutions for team understanding.
• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Power Platform features.
• Operate autonomously over the build process and make key decisions.
