Requirements:

• Proven track record in securing equity and debt financing.
• Minimum of 5 years in senior financial leadership roles, with at least 3 in a scale-up environment.
• Strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Experience in stakeholder management and communication.
• Proven ability to lead finance teams with a culture of performance and improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA or CFA are advantageous.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills.
• High integrity and commitment to a transparent, collaborative culture.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute financial strategies that align with AltoVita’s growth goals, including automation of processes.
• Provide comprehensive financial analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Identify opportunities for business expansion and new market entry.
• Devise pricing strategy in collaboration with sales, product, and marketing.
• Lead financing efforts, managing investor and lender relationships.
• Establish financial policies, systems, reporting, and controls.
• Prepare and oversee audited financial reports.
• Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
• Lead design of financial KPIs and support data-driven decision-making.
