Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience with Sabre GDS, specifically in booking and ticketing.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Familiarity with task management tools (e.g., Asana) and data input on Google Sheets.
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize during times that can sometimes seem chaotic.
• Working knowledge of Airline industry policies.
• Ability to think outside the box in shopping and troubleshooting scenarios.
• Detail-oriented.
• Flexibility - willing to grow and evolve with the company.
• Access to a distraction-free workspace with excellent internet connectivity.

Responsibilities:

• Book flights and manage ticketing for clients using Sabre GDS, ensuring accuracy.
• Monitor flights for price drops and rebook as necessary to increase profitability.
• Update and confirm itineraries, seat assignments, and frequent flyer information, and handle other booking-related requests.
• Respond to GDS queue inquiries within SLAs, ensuring timely communication.
• Interpret booking requests and air travel requirements accurately, leveraging available resources.
• Support team efforts to enhance booking procedures and identify improvement opportunities.
