- Familiarity with digital 3DS products and authentication.
- Proven ability to tailor content for diverse audiences.
- Strong track record of effective cross-functional teamwork.
- Proficient in Office 365, with familiarity in Markdown and PlantUML preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Produce clear, concise, and engaging product content for various audiences.
- Structure, organize, and maintain all published product materials on the Knowledge Centre.
- Actively seek out information from various resources for content development.
- Distill complex technical concepts into understandable product messaging.
- Manage collaboration with team members to ensure content accuracy.
- Present concepts to management and incorporate feedback.
- Edit and proofread content to uphold quality.
