  • Adaptability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with various teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for varying positions, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiation.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent, utilizing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create tailored recruiting strategies.
  • Conduct thorough screenings to assess candidate qualifications and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Support engineering hiring needs with technical recruiting skills.
