Requirements:

• BA/BS in Economics, Finance or similar discipline with analytical bias.
• Financial Services knowledge; insurance industry preferred.
• 7+ years’ experience in a corporate finance / FP&A / Expense Modeling environment.
• Strong background in finance with analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling & reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, Smartview, and Onestream.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to challenge and influence Retail Budget Center Owners for optimal profitability.
• Lead cyclical financial processes and strategic planning.
• Facilitate the development of new processes in partnership with Finance.
• Conduct targeted analyses to support Retail strategies.
• Analyze various financial metrics and trends to inform business decisions.
