Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in AML or Financial Crimes Compliance.
• 2+ years experience in a quality control/assurance role within a compliance setting.
• Knowledge of AML transaction monitoring and suspicious activity reporting.
• Familiarity with relevant AML laws and industry best practices.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and changes in processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand the end-to-end investigation process.
• Sample decisions related to compliance alerts.
• Recognize patterns and evaluate data to enhance training and procedures.
• Understand regulatory landscape, specifically BSA/AML requirements.
• Provide feedback to senior leaders.
• Collaborate with teams to develop guidance and improve training.
• Recommend and assist in building process improvements across Financial Crimes teams.
• Stay informed of regulatory developments and industry trends.
