Director, Network Strategy

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, statistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in corporate strategy or related areas.
• At least 6 years of management experience with hiring and training responsibilities.
• Proven ability to build networks in government programs and resolve provider issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytic tools, with PowerBI preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analysis to develop network constructs.
• Support executive management in driving strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify and define network opportunities for client retention.
• Lead specialty network development for government markets, ensuring access to care.
• Develop metrics to measure progress against network goals.
• Monitor and coach direct reports in achieving objectives.
