Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day performance of BPO partners.
Identify root causes and solutions for performance dips.
Maintain relationships with BPO and internal stakeholders.
Hold partners accountable for metric goals in their statement of work.
Support and lead initiatives for support and trust & safety programs.
Identify trends to improve products, optimize processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Communicate monthly/quarterly initiatives' progress to partners and adjust plans based on feedback.
Work cross-functionally with various stakeholders.
