Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years sales experience, preferably in medical devices.
• Experience selling in a clinical setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to utilize a CRM for tracking progress.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to pass a driver's record check.
• Ability to travel 75% of the time.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the launch planning and project management of the Galaxy program.
• Support physicians and staff through the Galaxy Pathway to Proficiency.
• Execute in-service training and clinical reviews during new account launches.
• Ensure post-launch handoff to local Clinical Sales Representatives.
• Provide product expertise during Galaxy procedures and assist with onboarding.
• Manage cross-functional collaboration and track key performance metrics.
