Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in product, customer, or lifecycle marketing and/or digital customer programs (B2B SaaS preferred).
  • Strong track record of launching and managing programs end-to-end with project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for clear messaging.
  • Proficiency in customer understanding and behavior analysis to design impactful programs.
  • Strong internal communication skills and experience working cross-functionally.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and effective problem-solving.
  • Capability to work under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes.
  • Data-driven mindset for analysis and insight generation.
Responsibilities:
  • Become an expert in customers, products, and the manufacturing industry; build relationships.
  • Construct a customer lifecycle journey through experimentation and data analysis to enhance engagement.
  • Operate the FactoryOps Champion program to educate and mentor customer champions.
  • Develop newsletters and webinars to connect with and educate customers.
  • Coordinate with product marketing to enhance customer product adoption.
  • Communicate with internal teams to align program goals with organizational objectives.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness with reporting methods for continuous improvement.
