Director, Technical Alliances (Splunk)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science or related discipline preferred) and MBA (highly desired); if no MBA, equivalent working experience.
• 10+ years of proven experience in senior roles within strategic business development, technology alliances, or product management/marketing.
• Extensive knowledge of Splunk and other cybersecurity platforms, frameworks, and architectures.
• Ability to work independently and establish priorities with good judgment.
• Track record of managing relationships with senior executives.
• Use data-driven insights and strategic thinking for joint business plans.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Channel and/or direct sales experience with consultative, services-led sales focus.

Responsibilities:

• Shape and execute a long-term alliance strategy with technology partners for scalable growth.
• Cultivate executive relationships with alliance partners to enhance Deepwatch’s market position.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across sales, marketing, technical, and product teams for effective alignment.
• Engage with technology trends to ensure partnerships align with market dynamics.
• Own joint business plans with partners, translating strategy into actionable steps and measurable outcomes.
• Represent Deepwatch in executive briefings, C-level presentations, and industry events as a thought leader.
