Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in English in a business environment.
• 5+ years of technical leadership experience and managing individuals in software development.
• Coding experience in Python, Angular, Java, JavaScript or other related languages.
• Experience designing or assisting in team architecting large-scale systems design.
• Knowledge in service-based architecture, RESTful services, and building scalable micro-services.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to product strategy and mentor team members, fostering talent development and teamwork.
• Set schedules, manage resources, and track performance to meet project goals.
• Clear obstacles and support teams in transforming requirements into functional applications.
• Conduct Scrum ceremonies and develop all solution layers (data, services, and user interfaces).
• Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and testers to deliver enhancements iteratively.
