• Basic knowledge of Encompass, underwriting terminology, and Salesforce.
• Experience with Investor TPO portals and Blend is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Ordering/reviewing all 3rd party documents such as payoff, subordination employment verifications, etc.
• Following up with third parties to obtain the required documents timely.
• Verifying the authenticity of the documents and ensuring the confidentiality of borrower information.
• Providing status updates to team members.
• Meeting deadlines to ensure smooth closing processes and positive customer experiences.
