Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, or similar.
• Lean practitioner and/or Six Sigma certification.
• 5+ years of experience in lean operations and project management.
• Knowledge of lean principles and tools like Value Stream Mapping, Process Design, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle complex situations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of the continuous improvement learning paths.
• Provide training, coaching and mentoring on lean principles and tools.
• Support Continuous Improvement and Training Managers across the organization.
• Promote the implementation of the Medline Operating System and facilitate kaizen events.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor training and development strategies.
