Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Run servicing requests trending reports and contact relevant parties for corrective actions.
  • Handle replacements, credit orders, and notify stakeholders about investigation results.
  • Evaluate quality of current services and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain repair records and conduct monthly repair analysis.
