Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of proven experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in a leadership or senior sales role such as Commercial Director, Head of Sales or General Manager.
  • Over 2 years experience in a Hyper-Growth Startup.
  • Success in launching and scaling a business in a new market.
  • Experience selling SaaS products to midmarket companies (100-1000 employees).
  • Natural leadership qualities with the ability to inspire a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage country targets and metrics to drive business growth.
  • Directly manage the sales team composed of Account Executives and Sales Managers.
  • Support the sales team with key initiatives and negotiations.
  • Implement global business strategies locally.
  • Ensure a strong market presence and maintain a robust pipeline.
  • Adapt the global sales playbook to local market specifics.
  • Provide feedback to regional leads in Marketing, Product Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams.
  • Oversee sales activities and generate progress reports.
  • Foster partnership between Sales and Business Development.
  • Act as a local ambassador, channeling local feedback to central operations.
