Requirements:

• At least 15 years of work experience in multi-site healthcare, clinical and business operations, and strategic roles, preferably with startup experience.
• A minimum of 8 years in a clinical operations capacity.
• Proven track record in driving change and clinical outcomes through leadership and data insights.
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and Looker.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to build processes.
• A bias for action with a sense of urgency in decision-making.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to create clarity in ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead operations that result in growth of active paying members, positive health outcomes, and team engagement.
• Partner with various teams to operationalize a refined care delivery model for positive health outcomes.
• Define SOPs and SLAs for the clinical organization and ensure accountability.
• Own and refine data streams related to service quality and clinical outcomes.
• Oversee hiring and performance cycles of the clinical team to enhance patient experience.
• Collaborate on product roadmap to achieve member experience and margin targets.
• Ensure contractual commitments and achieve member engagement targets.
• Oversee RCM and billing operations to maximize business growth.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices in clinical operations.
• Manage clinical quality metrics and support clinical team outcomes.
• Define quarterly and annual OKRs with the Executive Leadership Team.
