Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
  • 2-3+ years of hands-on NetSuite configuration and consulting/administration experience.
  • NetSuite Certifications preferred - ERP Consultant, Administrator.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and change management skills.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage client interactions and communicate with varied audiences.
  • Strong background in finance/accounting, supply chain, consulting services, or industry-specific experience.
  • Capable of designing end-to-end solutions using SuiteCloud Platform tools.
  • Familiarity with data migration and Go-Live cutover data loads.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Willingness to mentor junior staff.
Responsibilities:
  • Play a key role in supporting end-to-end NetSuite implementations.
  • Be proactive in client engagements and build strong client relationships.
  • Participate in discovery sessions and gather requirements.
  • Advise on NetSuite functionality and design configurations.
  • Manage scope and budget, lead workshops and training sessions.
  • Define data migration strategies and support post-go-live activities.
  • Engage in all implementation phases and conduct fit/gap analyses.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement custom solutions.
