Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, ideally in commercial settings.
  • 5+ years in SaaS or cloud-based software sales.
  • High energy, driven, and ambitious with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach to sales and service.
  • Proven consultative selling skills with a track record of closing enterprise deals.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and processes, ideally with experience in HubSpot.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and build a robust territory plan and sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with BDRs and Marketing to execute the territory plan and drive qualified leads into the pipeline.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, ensuring alignment with sales goals.
  • Meet with prospects to pitch, demo, and present Skillko’s value, effectively advancing the sales process.
  • Negotiate terms as needed and successfully close deals.
  • Strategize on new business opportunities and expand the footprint within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to conduct quarterly customer roadmap sessions, enhancing communication and engagement within our client base.
  • Leverage partner channels to drive indirect business and extend Skillko's market reach.
