Requirements:
  • Degree in a quantitatively focused discipline, such as experimental psychology, economics, computer science, or physics.
  • Strong experience as an Analyst, BI Developer, Analytics Engineer, or Data Scientist, with a preference for People/HR Analytics.
  • Experience leading small teams with significant impact.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence technical and non-technical cross-functional peers.
  • Tech skills in Python, SQL, R, AWS, and modern BI tools like Tableau or Power BI; advanced SQL skills are required.
  • Deep expertise in data visualization and analysis, with some knowledge in statistics preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the day-to-day work of the team of analysts responsible for people analytics, recruiting analytics, and similar.
  • Serve as the trusted advisor and representative of the global People Analytics team to stakeholders across Wolt.
  • Lead the development of metrics, reports, dashboards, and analyses to provide high-quality insights.
  • Develop a cohesive vision and roadmap in partnership with different global teams.
  • Dive into the data, diagnosing needs and building solutions for critical problems.
