People Analytics Manager(SQL)

Requirements:

• Degree in a quantitatively focused discipline, e.g., experimental psychology, economics, computer science, physics.
• Strong experience as an Analyst, BI Developer, Analytics Engineer, Data Scientist, or similar.
• People/HR Analytics experience preferred.
• Experience leading small teams with significant impact.
• Demonstrated experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Technical skills: Python, SQL, R, AWS, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Subject Matter Expertise in data visualization and analysis, with some statistics knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the day-to-day work of the analytics team.
• Serve as the trusted advisor and representative of the global People Analytics team.
• Lead the development of metrics, reports, dashboards, and analyses.
• Develop a cohesive vision and roadmap with peers and partner teams.
• Dive into data to diagnose needs, build solutions, and address critical problems.
