Requirements:

• Minimum 2.5 years of demonstrated leadership experience.
• Proven sales management skills in the CPG retail environment.
• Strong people motivation and hands-on coaching skills.
• Proficient in sales technologies and software, e.g., SalesForce and Tableau.
• Able to communicate proficiently using PowerPoint, Excel, and Zoom.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks in a high-paced environment.
• Industry experience in Tobacco or regulated industries.
• Previous sales leadership experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead & develop a team of high-performing Territory Managers.
• Plan, organize, and execute sales strategies across the Division.
• Coach and mentor TMs to develop selling and professional skills.
• Synthesize and communicate Division-level insights and business intelligence.
• Achieve KPIs set for the company, regional, and individual levels.
• Work cross-functionally with company HQ and other teams.
• Maintain working knowledge of local regulations and guide TMs.
