Requirements:

• Minimum 2.5 years of demonstrated leadership experience.
• Proven sales management skills in the CPG retail environment.
• Strong people motivation and management skills, with hands-on coaching ability.
• Proficient in using sales technologies and software, including SalesForce and Tableau.
• Able to communicate proficiently using PowerPoint, Excel, and Zoom.
• Capability to prioritize tasks in a high-paced environment.
• Industry experience in Tobacco or other regulated industries.

Responsibilities:

• Lead & develop a team of high-performing Territory Managers (TMs) to achieve desired business objectives.
• Plan, organize, and execute sales strategies and Territory plans across the Division.
• Coach and mentor TMs to develop selling & professional skills.
• Synthesize and communicate Division-level insights and business intelligence.
• Achieve KPIs set for the company, regional, and individual levels.
• Work cross-functionally with other teams such as Trade Marketing and Distribution Management.
• Maintain working knowledge of local and state regulations and guide TMs on optimizing outcomes.
