Requirements:
  • Related sales or customer experience such as Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, sales operations, deal desk, customer service, or Customer Success Manager.
  • Demonstrated experience with B2B software sales.
  • Experience with subscription go-to-market approaches for customer success management and renewals.
  • Effective communication and strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Preferred experience with technical products, specifically in DevOps, software development lifecycle, or application development.
Responsibilities:
  • Maximize customer retention rates through effective sales techniques over the phone, video, and email.
  • Execute the renewal process to ensure Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) is retained or expanded.
  • Evaluate license usage and fulfill true-up requirements.
  • Understand customer business needs to generate accurate renewal quotes.
  • Provide administrative support for renewals to Renewals Managers and Account Executives.
  • Ensure renewals are closed in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Managers on renewals strategy and plans, leveraging customer analytics and metrics.
  • Liaise with customers to ensure purchase orders and order forms are accurately completed.
