Requirements:
  • Proven track record of over achieving sales targets.
  • Understanding of CPaaS/SaaS products with a focus on 'Customer Experience'.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Experience with successful usage of sales methodologies like MEDDIC.
  • Basic understanding of software integration and implementation processes.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic; additional Asian languages are advantageous.
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar SaaS/CPaaS Sales-Role.
  • Network and contacts with mid and C-Level decision makers in MENA region.
Responsibilities:
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with Business Development Representative for increasing qualified pipeline.
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Providing consultative selling by offering tailored solutions.
  • Conducting product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Negotiating multi-year contracts and pricing.
  • Identifying up- and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Professional sales forecasting.
