Requirements:

Proven track record of over achieving sales targets.
Understanding of CPaaS/SaaS products with a focus on 'Customer Experience'.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
Experience with successful usage of sales methodologies like MEDDIC.
Basic understanding of software integration and implementation processes.
Fluency in English and Arabic; additional Asian languages are advantageous.
4+ years of experience in a similar SaaS/CPaaS Sales-Role.
Network and contacts with mid and C-Level decision makers in MENA region.

Responsibilities:

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Collaborating with Business Development Representative for increasing qualified pipeline.
Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Providing consultative selling by offering tailored solutions.
Conducting product demonstrations and presentations.
Negotiating multi-year contracts and pricing.
Identifying up- and cross-sell opportunities.
Professional sales forecasting.
