Requirements:

• 3+ years of product management experience focused on infrastructure, security, or platform services.
• Technical background to understand complex concepts related to infrastructure and security.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS is a plus.
• Successful track record of working with cross-functional teams including engineering and security.
• Exceptional communication skills for technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Experience with security and compliance frameworks like SOC 2, GDPR, and FERPA.
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis and prioritizing product decisions.
• Collaborative leadership skills to influence and foster success across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the product roadmap for Panorama’s infrastructure and security needs.
• Own the product aspects of security and compliance initiatives, ensuring standards like SOC2 are met.
• Collaborate with engineering, SRE, and security teams to prioritize infrastructure projects.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand infrastructure and security needs to translate them into actionable initiatives.
• Champion initiatives that improve infrastructure efficiency for cost-effective scaling.
• Identify and mitigate potential security or infrastructure risks.
• Communicate priorities and challenges related to infrastructure and security to senior leadership.
