Requirements:

• BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in a mission-driven and disruptive environment.
• Proven track record of driving outcomes through creative production across multiple mediums.
• In-house tenure combined with top agency experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and success in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to plan and prioritize workload and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Manage large-scale marketing initiatives with multiple workstreams in a fast-paced and creative environment.
• Inspire and advocate for the highest level of craft in every piece of work.
• Source and manage diverse world-class production partners.
• Manage feedback from multiple stakeholders and proactively identify possible solutions.
• Lead projects between multiple stakeholders and manage project priorities.
• Manage existing and new projects collaboratively.
• Enable creative teams with necessary tools and resources.
• Plan and execute integrated productions across various mediums.
• Drive consistency of brand across marketing and cross-functional teams.
