• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in professional social media management within the gaming industry, ideally in a Senior role.
• Strong understanding of community management platforms and channels such as Discord, Twitch, Reddit, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Expertise in social listening, paid social media, and managing or moderating a gaming community.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and a passion for video games.
• Higher education in marketing, business administration, communication, or related fields.

Responsibilities:

• As a Senior Social Media Manager, you'll oversee the brand's digital presence, manage content calendars, and engage directly with players on social media.
• You will analyze performance data to inform strategic decisions, lead paid social media initiatives, and collaborate with Community Managers to maintain a consistent Tone of Voice.
• Moreover, you'll support campaign planning and produce engaging content while fostering a positive team culture.
