Director of Product Management, Observability

Requirements:

• 15+ years of product or engineering experience working with enterprise-focused technologies.
• Experience managing, monitoring, and deploying databases at scale, with MongoDB experience being a plus.
• Familiarity with all components of the application stack and enterprise application development processes.
• Strong technical skills to communicate effectively with engineering counterparts.
• Ability to establish and communicate product strategy and vision.
• Experience with developer-focused cloud growth models is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Drive collaboration across engineering, support, design, marketing, sales, and executive leadership.
• Develop a vision and roadmap for MongoDB's observability initiatives for customer-facing and internal platforms.
• Ensure alignment between product roadmap and organizational goals to enhance operational decisions and anomaly detection.
