Responsibilities:

• Usher in a new chapter of Figma’s internal communications program by engaging Figmates.
• Serve as the lead internal communications writer for various company news and updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to shape and share the evolving story of Figma.
• Focus on personal growth and leadership development within the marketing team.
