Senior Product Designer

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile designs.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices, with expertise in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Proficiency in building interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts.
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and consistency.
• Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
• Proven experience working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product designs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of new product features and improvements across web and mobile platforms, from concept to final handoff.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights, using data to drive design decisions and enhance user experience.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and gather feedback.
• Design aesthetically pleasing and cohesive user interfaces that are consistent with our brand and user-friendly.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions that meet both user and business needs.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the platform.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative design culture within the team.
• Actively gather feedback, iterate on designs, and continuously improve based on user and stakeholder input.
