Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare technology focusing on population health management and interoperability regulations.
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability regulations and standards, including the Cures Act.
• Experience with population health management strategies and value-based care models.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and translate into actionable guidelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze healthcare technology regulations, including FDA, HIPAA, and the Cures Act.
• Assess the impact of new and changing regulations on products and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain regulatory strategies for healthcare technology products.
• Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses related to regulatory compliance.
• Stay informed about emerging trends in healthcare technology regulations.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing healthcare IT solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct market research.
