LLM Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering field; PhD in AI/ML is a plus.
• 2+ years of hands-on machine learning expertise in projects at scale.
• Expertise in Python programming.
• Understanding of how to train, finetune, and deploy LLM models.
• Experience with standard ML libraries such as Pytorch, Tensorflow, Pandas, Numpy, and Matplotlib.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead development, maintenance, and monitoring of LLM solutions for the Inspiren ecosystem.
• Contribute to computer vision models deployed across AUGi systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define LLM system requirements.
• Stay current with industry trends and introduce new methodologies to enhance performance.
• Provide technical expertise in AI and ML development across the product lifecycle.
• Mentor team members to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
