Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) preferred.
• PMP or comparable certification.
• 5+ years of project management experience, particularly in Operations, Logistics, and Supply Chain.
• Familiarity with Excel, Jira, PowerPoint, MS Project or Smartsheet.
• Deep understanding of process management and documentation of SOPs.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, such as PMBOK or PRINCE2.
• Effective time and resource management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Skill in stakeholder management and collaboration.
• Adaptability to changing project requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in risk management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project plans focused on operations areas such as manufacturing, supply chain, customer service, procurement, and warehousing.
• Work closely with teams across operations, product, marketing, retail, and legal to ensure project alignment with business goals.
• Identify and implement improvements in operational processes.
• Manage project risks and issues proactively.
• Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for leadership.
• Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings and updates.
• Lead change management efforts and provide necessary training and support.
• Maintain project documentation and compliance with standards.
